Why JFK CSI?

Prosecutors and defense lawyers often refer to eyewitnesses as “soft evidence” because they are often unreliable. “Hard Evidence” refers to the physical evidence. This page will systematically review the hard evidence associated with the JFK assassination and see where it leads. We will not discuss possible motives, identify of shooters or other speculations that cannot be objectively examined. I encourage those on both sides of the debate to weigh in on how the evidence supports or calls into question the lone gunman theory. We will also be covering the recent developments in the forensic evidence area that suggest much of the circumstantial evidence assembled against Lee Oswald would not have been admissible in a court.
